Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026. This page explains, tool by tool, what data leaves your browser, which third-party services receive it, and what happens to it. We do not hide the fact that third parties are involved — a privacy statement that claimed “no data is processed” would be false on this site.
1. The short version
- Most tools run entirely in your browser. There is no account system, and no server-side storage of your inputs or results for those tools.
- One tool runs on our server: the AdSense Readiness Checker. It needs a server because it has to fetch and read the pages of the site you name. Its behaviour, including what it stores and for how long, is set out in section 3A.
- YourAnalystAI itself stores nothing else. No test results or IP addresses are retained by any other tool.
- Third-party services receive the inputs you enter (for example a URL or domain) whenever you run a tool. Every service is named below.
- Your public IP address is visible to this site’s hosting provider in standard server logs, as with every website, and to the third-party APIs called by each tool.
- Google AdSense and Google Analytics are used on this site. Google and its partners may set cookies and use advertising identifiers on this site — see section 5.
2. What happens when you visit the site
Like every website, YourAnalystAI’s hosting provider records standard server logs (requested URL, IP address, user agent, date and time). These logs exist for security and operational purposes. In addition, Google AdSense and Google Analytics scripts run on this site and may set cookies in your browser — this is described in section 5.
3. Tool by tool: what data goes where
Every request below is made by your browser (client-side). Inputs are sent to the named service over HTTPS. We do not proxy, log or store them.
| Tool | Receives this input | Service(s) contacted | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| What Is My IP (home page widget and tool page) | Your public IP address | api.ipify.org, ipwho.is | ipify detects your address; ipwho.is returns registration details for it. |
| IP Lookup | The IP address you type | ipwho.is | For your own address, api.ipify.org is also used first. |
| DNS Lookup | The domain you type | Google Public DNS over HTTPS (dns.google) | Queries are sent to Google’s public resolver; see Google’s privacy policy. |
| HTTP Status Checker | The URL you type | microLink API, hackertarget API | These services request the target URL from their servers and return status/headers. A CORS relay may be used to reach them if blocked. |
| SEO Checker | The URL you type | Public CORS relays (allorigins.win, cors.lol, cors.eu.org), the Wayback Machine, microLink API, hackertarget API | The page HTML is fetched to parse titles, meta tags, headings, robots.txt and sitemap.xml. The page’s own images are checked only from the parsed HTML (HEAD requests from your browser where allowed). |
| SSL / HTTPS Checker | The domain you type | crt.sh (Certificate Transparency), hackertarget API, microLink API, public CORS relays | Certificate lists come from transparency logs; HTTPS status and headers from the named APIs or relays. |
| Website Speed Test | The URL you type | dns.google (DNS), microLink API (status/headers), public CORS relays | Network timing (round trips, TTFB where the target allows it) is measured by your browser for the fetch requests the page makes. |
| Internet Speed Test | No typed input | Cloudflare speed-test network (speed.cloudflare.com / cloudflare.com owners) | Your browser downloads and uploads pseudo-random data solely to measure throughput. None of that data is meaningful content and nothing is retained by us. Cloudflare is a large CDN 1-800-endpoint; their privacy policy covers what they may log. |
3A. The AdSense Readiness Checker (the one tool that runs on our server)
This tool is different from the others and is described separately so nothing about it is hidden.
- What you send. The website address you type. It is sent over HTTPS to
/adsense/api.phpon this site’s own hosting. - What our server does with it. It resolves the domain, fetches up to twelve pages from it (plus
robots.txtand its XML sitemap) and analyses what came back. It does not log in, does not submit forms and does not attempt to access anything behind authentication. It refuses private, loopback and reserved network addresses, so it cannot be pointed at an internal system. - What is stored. The address you entered, the report results, and the time of the check — held in a small SQLite database on our host. Each report is protected by an unguessable identifier and a separate secret token, so one visitor cannot read another visitor’s report. The stored IP address is used only for rate limiting and is not written into the report.
- How long it is kept. Reports and their stored results are deleted automatically after 7 days. Rate-limit records are deleted after 1 hour.
- Who else is involved. The site you name receives ordinary HTTP requests from our server, in the same way any web crawler would. Those requests are subject to that site’s own privacy practices and logs. We do not send anything to any third-party analytics or advertising service on your behalf, and we do not share your input with anyone.
- What is never collected. No account is required, no name, email address or contact detail is asked for or stored, and no advertising identifier is attached to a report.
4. Cookies and local storage set by YourAnalystAI
The diagnostic tools themselves do not set cookies and do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or any other browser storage. Nothing you type into a tool is stored by this site, and results disappear when you close or reload the page. Your browser may cache static files (CSS, JavaScript, images) as normal browser behaviour.
One exception, on the home page only: this site can be installed as an app on your device. If you dismiss the “install” suggestion, your browser stores a single flag in localStorage under the key ya_install_dismissed so the suggestion is not shown again. That flag contains no personal data, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and you can remove it at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.
A second exception, on the AdSense Readiness Checker page only: that page stores your chosen interface language under the key ars_lang in localStorage, so the site opens in the language you last used. It contains only “en” or “ar” and never leaves your browser. It also keeps the identifier of your most recent report in sessionStorage so you can return to it after a reload; that value disappears when you close the tab.
Cookies and similar identifiers on this site come from Google’s advertising and analytics products, not from our tools. They are described in section 5.
5. Advertising and analytics
This site uses Google AdSense and Google Analytics. This section describes what that means for your privacy.
Google AdSense
- This site is registered with Google AdSense (publisher ID
ca-pub-4910326655501654) and loads Google’s AdSense script (pagead2.googlesyndication.com). - Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure advertising on this site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of third-party vendor cookie use for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- If you are in a region that requires it, a consent or privacy choices message is shown before personalised ads are served.
Google Analytics
- This site loads Google Analytics (measurement ID
G-F99RHT343J) through Google’sgoogletagmanager.comscript. - Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, the referring site and basic device and browser information.
- This analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used so it can be improved and kept working.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics provider cookies and opt out of data collection through the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
YourAnalystAI itself does not read, store or share these advertising or analytics identifiers, and it is not affiliated with Google beyond being a publisher and a user of these public services.
6. Hosting and delivery
The site is served from static hosting. Files are delivered over HTTPS, and the hosting provider may keep access logs. We do not require or install a third-party CDN, and this policy will be updated if that changes.
7. Data retention
With one exception, YourAnalystAI stores nothing, so there is nothing for us to retain. The exception is the AdSense Readiness Checker, described in section 3A: reports and their results are deleted automatically after 7 days, and rate-limit records after 1 hour. If you want a report deleted sooner, use the Contact page and we will remove it. Third-party services each have their own retention practices, which are described in their respective privacy policies. Server logs of the hosting provider are managed by that provider according to its policies.
8. Privacy requests
If you have a question about your data or want to make a request related to it, contact us through the Contact page (select “Privacy request”). For every tool except the AdSense Readiness Checker, this can usually be answered by pointing to the third-party services involved. For the AdSense Readiness Checker, we can delete a stored report on request — include the site address you audited and the approximate time, and we will locate and remove it.
9. Third-party links and services
The tools depend on external services that are independent of YourAnalystAI. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are their own. Relevant policies you may want to review:
- Google Public DNS (dns.google/privacy)
- ipwho.is (ipwho.is/privacy)
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
- crt.sh (Certificate Transparency search, operated by the Censys project)
- microLink and hackertarget APIs
- Open CORS relays (allorigins.win, cors.lol, cors.eu.org) and the Internet Archive Wayback Machine
- Google AdSense and Google Analytics (see section 5)
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes affecting how third parties receive data will only happen together with changes to the tools themselves, and this page will be updated in the same release.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the Contact page.
